About Carol

Carol was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1979. She practiced real estate litigation law in Toronto for a number of years before opening her own practice in Mississauga in 1986. Her practice focused on real estate law, wills and estate administration and corporate law. During this time Carol also taught at Humber College in the business program. After many years in private practice, Carol joined the Ministry of Community and Social Services. Carol then returned to teaching at Sheridan College in the paralegal program. Carol established MacPherson Mobile Law during this time and has since moved to Toronto where she continues to offer legal services in the convenience of your own home. Carol has been involved in many volunteer activities over the years, including Habitat for Humanity, Zonta International Service Club, Lawyers Feed the Hungry, and fundraising for many housing action groups and women’s groups including the Toronto Rape Crisis Centre and the Barbra Schlifer Commemorative Legal Clinic.
